Getting Back At It

For those of you who have had the opportunity to read my blog when I am working on it, you have probably been wondering where I have been. The answer to this is busy sculpting.  I am not the writer of the family...that title belongs to my wife who is a published author.

Instead, I am the sculptor and that is the main reason why I have a hard time coming up with blog posts.  However, that is going to change over the next few months as I have set aside time to write every week and to create some high quality blog posts for you.

So this blog post is just about the announcement. Over the next few weeks I am going to be putting up some events for my blog readers and I will also be revamping the blog a bit.  I will also be putting up an opt in page if you are interested in keeping up to date on my posts and any events that I have in the making.

But before I do anything, I wanted to get your feedback on the direction of the blog.  What would you like to see regarding the content that I am putting up here?  The main focus of my blog is to showcase some figures and offer you advice on sculpting but if there is anything else that you are interested in seeing, please let me know in the comments section.

For now, I would like to leave you with a little sneak peak of a figure I will be showcasing on Friday. Let me know if you can know who it is.

Just as an aside, unfortunately  due to NDA's, the figures that I showcase are already released to the public.  The only difference is that you will get to see the piece in the green (or grey or brown).

the sculpting advice is great and it's good to know what you're up to. I'm a big fan of Mierce miniatures and I know I have some models on their way which you sculpted!

Thanks for the input gandalf55, there are several posts about sculpting mediums on here. I don't use polymer clays, I've tried them but they weren't my thing.

Thanks AndyS. Glad you enjoy my miniatures. I would post more from Mierce miniatures but I like to keep it G rated...just kidding. I did some for the recent kickstarter that are really nice "historical" themed figures.
